Noir City is an annual film festival facilitated by the Film Noir Foundation. It is the most public extension of the Foundation’s mission to raise awareness for their preservation efforts. In this redesign, I seek to discover how the fading Noir genre be revitalized through a dimensional contemporary experience.

GONGER’S PARADE FLOATThemed Concept Design

During my time as an Entertainment Technology intern at Sesame Place, I had the unique opportunity of learning the ins and outs of parade float conception and operation. Both the design and mechanisms of these vehicles were entirely new to me, and I used this new knowledge to design my own parade float to add to the Neighborhood Street Party Parade lineup.

Flash Point is a fictional adult crime drama that follows a hardworking detective as she desperately hunts down an arsonist plaguing her city. This title sequence draws viewers in as it establishes tones of justice, ambition, anger, and grief.

BAD MOON RISINGData Visualization, Illustration

The belief that humans are physically and behaviorally impacted by the full moon has existed for centuries, and most official medical pursuits to prove it have been inconclusive at best. In this information visualization project, my goal was to create a visually engaging infographic poster that allows the reader to draw their own conclusions about the data being presented.

Working with Corgan’s Branded Environments team as a Graphic Design Intern gave me the opportunity to collaborate with interior designers, architects, and fabricators on a variety of projects. Here I catalog two examples of my work: a custom wayfinding system and a land development publication.
